Writing and friendship
Start with a profile or interest card. Each person sends at least two letters before a friendship request; the recipient must accept to open chat. From chat, tap the video icon to call immediately. After a short ringing period, the call screen shows the penpal avatar, your local camera preview and in-call controls.
Purchase help
If a purchase is pending, wait for the store’s result. If Ink has been added but completion needs retrying, open the wallet and retry delivery. Do not purchase again to resolve an earlier transaction. Use your app store’s purchase history for payment or refund questions.
